Q: International Shipping Information
A:  All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. ACTUAL shipping rates will be charged.

Actual rates are based on the weight and/or size of the package, and are generally at least $20.00.
You will NOT see the shipping rates as you are checking out on our site. The rate is determined when the package ships. Some countries have a size restriction, please be aware of your countries limitations before ordering. Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees.

Items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be cancelled from your order. This also applies to any electrical items such as irons.

Uninsurable Countries
Designer's Gallery makes every attempt to package merchandise for optimum protection. However, if your country is uninsurable by the US Postal Service (see below), Designer's Gallery will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items; Designer's Gallery will not refund money or replace merchandise at no charge if you live in any of these countries.

When you place an online order, you automatically accept the responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise shipped by Designer's Gallery.

Q: How do I order from Designer's Gallery Web site?
A: On a product page, enter the quantity desired and click on Add to Cart button. The Item # and Product Name will appear on the Shopping Cart page. The quantity ordered, price/each, and Total Price will display. If you wish to add more items to your cart, click on the Continue Shopping button.
When you have finished shopping, click on the Checkout button on the Shopping Cart page. You will then complete the ordering process.

Q: How do I change the quantity or remove an item from the Shopping Cart?
A: Click on the Shopping Cart icon at the upper right of the screen. Then click on View Basket. If you change the quantity of any item(s) in your Shopping Cart, click Update to recalculate your subtotal.
Click Remove to delete an item.

Q: Can I use my debit card?
A: Yes!
If you are using a debit card to make your purchase today, we will request authorization from your bank for the transaction amount immediately after you click submit. Your bank will place a hold on these funds in anticipation of receiving the actual withdrawal from your deposit account. We do not process the actual charge to your debit card until your order is shipped; however, we will request another authorization from your bank to verify that the funds remain available if there is a delay from your order date to our shipping date.
In the event that your order is cancelled, you may contact your bank to request an immediate release of any holds on your deposit account.

Q: Can I download my software directly from the Designer's Gallery website?
A: To ensure that you receive your purchased product in its entirety, your products will be shipped to you. To safe-guard against failed Internet connections, Designer's Gallery does not offer download products to be purchased on the site.

Q: Return and Exchange Policy
A: Most unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to double-check all information on the package before you open it. If you are still unsure, email us or call 800-659-5053 Customer Service at (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST).
All sales of clearance merchandise are final. Clearance merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective.
We will gladly exchange any defective merchandise for the same item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number should be written on the outside packaging of your returned defective item. Our Quality Assurance team will test the defective item. Upon approval of the Quality Assurance team, your replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping, insurance and proof of delivery for all returns.
